In the past, users of these complex devices have had to return to hospital for follow up care so we are thrilled to be accredited to offer this specialised service. We are able to supply replacement aids, make any necessary adjustments and offer advice and guidance on the care and use of BAHAs.

We are also proud to announce that we are one of a select group of independent centres to be approved to supply the complete accessory range for the Advanced Bionics Cochlear Implants.
This includes the latest Aquacase™ for the new Naida Cochlear Implant (Naida CI Q70 Sound Processor) which allows users to take part in water-related sports and other activities where the instruments may be at risk of damage from water, dust or excessive weather conditions, and still be able to hear using the device.
Also, all the communication devices such as phones, TVs and computers can be connected wirelessly.
