At Hearing Healthcare Centre, we have introduced the HHC Support Plan that will ensure we are able to help, regardless of where you purchased your hearing aids* In order to make sure that the hearing aid has been correctly prescribed and that a workable solution exists for both parties, Hearing Healthcare Centre requires a Registration Appointment to determine the suitability of your hearing aid(s), before we can offer our HHC Support Plan.

Registration Appointment

The £250 one-off registration fee covers an initial consultation, full hearing assessment, reprogramming and servicing of your hearing aids. In-house repairs are included in this appointment, however consumables and manufacturer repairs (unless the hearing aids are still under the manufacturers guarantee) are not. Our comprehensive range of tests include many that you might not have experienced before: This extensive array of tests allows us to accurately assess your hearing and the suitability of your hearing aids. If they meet your needs, we can offer you our Support Plan

What’s Included?

For just £40 a month (for a min. of 1 year, and a max. hearing aid age of 5 years), you can receive our excellent service and aftercare, and relax knowing that your repairs will be covered for just a small additional excess fee of £50 per repair.

How Do I Sign Up?

Simply complete the Membership Section below, and submit. You can also register over the phone by calling 01223 360700, or by post using our Printable Form. Once we have received your instructions, we will send you a Direct Debit Mandate via email. Simply fill out your details, submit the form, and we will process your application immediately.
