The waterproof design allows users to swim, snorkel, ski, and participate in other exciting activities, whilst simultaneously using their cochlear implant hearing aid. It also allows users to participate in activities where small particles of dust, sand etc are likely to be present; this allows for outdoor activities in such environments as farms, workshops, factories etc.
